This Same Purpose

While we need to be careful not to speak the wrong things, we also need to be willing to speak the right things — even if they’re hard to say.

All-in-all, it was a great experience. Not just because they're awesome people and fun to photograph, but because there's few things in life I value more than the opportunity to enter someone else's story and listen to the heart of who they are.

Sometimes it doesn't matter how much you like it - just that your story is being built the right way.

God never calls us to something we can accomplish on our own. The motivation and strength needed for the call has to originate from a place of surrender -- where the love and trust we have in our faithful, unfailing Father is purified like gold until it silences every whisper of fear and arrests every doubt.
